Payroll Manager
Nikki reports directly into Graham and assists him with the onboarding of new clients as well as doing the processing for some of the more complex VAT registered businesses. Nikki loves a challenge and her willingness to learn has taken her down the payroll route where she is gradually taking over full responsibility for all weekly and monthly payroll clients whilst undertaking a formal payroll qualification to complement her on the job training. In her limited free time, she loves to meet up and socialise with her friends
Office Manager
Fiona graduated from Newcastle University with a BA(Hons) Degree in Combined Studies and has worked as a Legal Secretary until recently. She is the first point of contact for all office staff and clients alike. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting new places, music, long walks and baking.
VAT Manager
Rachel completed her accounting degree at Glasgow Caledonian University and has commenced her professional exams.
Rachel has recently started assisting Mel with the fast-growing number of VAT registered businesses coming into the practice where her easy-going nature makes her very popular with the clients she looks after.
